PANIC ATTACK

As she sit in the crowd and look to the sky and wonder why she feels this way here comes the numbness she fells like there are bugs crawling on her panic attack rushes over her like a fast pace water fall the panic is like a cyclones that spins around and around that wont let her out the numbness is more intense just put her in a room and she will be paceing like a caged tigerress in a cage paceing back and forth and the high slowly gose away and so dose the that gave her that high

THE SHADOWS

she see shadows on the wall she see shadows in my nind she shadows evewhere why won't they go away .

she is running down the hallway and not get any where all she see is dead ends there are whritings on the wall and she dosent know what it says why won't you go away.

But the shadows keep chaseing her into a dead end there's now way out now

she bleeds just to see the pain will go away she tries to escape the the pain but she feel it as it runs down her arm is there any way out becuse she feels alone please come her becuse she is in a maze of pain becuse she fells numb and it wont go awayhttp://myspace.com/philhnderson

BUTTERFLYES

I was sstting by a pond and i saw tons of butterflies they were flying around in the sky but there was this one butterfly that was reall beautiful she must have been a goddess at one point she reminds me that my life has some beautiful points and she takes me to a diffrent land where she tell me encoruraging things that gets me thru the days
